Good
Very nice and helpful staff even he didn't speak english well. Small breakfast (i.e. bananas, apples). Close to train station in Hualien. It was a bit more difficult to find address, but the host came to us as soon as he saw the confused tourists outside.
Very slow wifi (2/0.5 Mbps) at times when it worked. Sometimes practically nothing loaded. I think it would be a good idea to put an AP in each room since there is already an ethernet in place for the TV. It's a pretty unreliable connection over wifi repeaters. The water drain in the bathroom was not ideal - it drained quite slowly.

I book a room with one bed for two,but the host give me a room with double deck instead,the staff knows we are a couple..they should check for the room we have book..just a bit dismay on my last check in, because of the room..

Good
Staff is good. Cleanliness is very good. Room size and all facilities are also good. Good bathroom with all facilities.
Bed size little small for 2 people with 1 child. There is no elevator. I think the staff should assist people to carry their luggage to the 3rd floor. The passenger comes to hotel after a lot of movements. Taking luggage to 3rd floor is a kind of uneasy feelings.

Exceptional
Everything was great, the host is the most kind man I ever met in Taiwan, and generally in my life, he really touched my heart with his kindness, making sure we're all set and everything is good, he even bought bananas for us! Highly recommend
